There was this guy who ordered some products and had a question about the date they were going to be delivered. There was also this customer service guy who replied to his email.

Emails went back and forth. Customer service guy went total dick on everyone. He came across the wrong person. 1 day (and the internet happened) later, he has problems in his personal life, got fired, went out of business and has his face smeared all over the internet.. and this is just the beginning!
