It is important to understand that what is going on in America at this point might change the internet, and the world in general, within upcoming years.
Right now there are controversial anti-piracy bills being presented in America. These bills are an act of war against freedom and the internet as a whole.
These bills are suppose to bring down piracy and other illegal activities but also have effect on many other issues that have nothing to do with illegal activities.
Many big companies have expressed their concerns towards these bills and do not support them. The only support these bills are getting are coming from the major media companies that control the rights to movies, music, books and video games.
Stopping piracy is a good goal, but these bills go beyond that.. eventually, this can cause global censorship and the silencing of freedom of speech and publishing.
Stand together and let your voice be heard! SAY NO TO THESE BILLS!!
